Fantasma Fest 2019, October 25, 26, 27, 2019. Come to Ybor City for a FREE weekend long celebration of the Fall season. Join us on 7^th Avenue, Saturday, October 26^th at 7:00 p.m. to view the “Legend of the Pumpkin King” Parade, featuring local major sports franchises, themed costumed marchers and fantasy air puppets.
