Ybor City is home to beautiful buildings that were formerly cigar factories. Hillsborough County has helped to revitalize these buildings into apartments, offices and more, while preserving their historic charm.  The three story, 32,000-square-foot wooden cigar factory that was once home to several historic cigar companies has been repurposed and revitalized into 38 apartments through the use of historic preservation grants from Hillsborough County.
