Tampa Bay Rays Announce Ybor City as Preferred Site for New Stadium
Rays principal owner Stu Sternberg announced today that the Rays have decided on historic Ybor City as the preferred location for a new stadium to accommodate the Tampa Bay Rays.
Tampa Bay Rays 2020, a new organization created by local businessmen Chuck Sykes of Sykes Enterprises and Ron Christaldi of Shumaker, Loop and Kendrick will now work on gathering the necessary local support to make the project a reality.
