Ybor City developer Darryl Shaw has donated property to Tampa Arts Alliance that will become the home of 75 live-work artist studios.
Shaw donated 1610 E. Third Ave. to the organization. Tampa Arts Alliance plans for a building on a 23,000-square-foot plot of land with approximately 75 live-work units, 2,500 square feet of gallery and amenity space as well as 3,000 square feet of arts organization space.
